Design-build of eight buildings and a concrete parking structure. Major exterior finishes consist of textured composite concrete walls, native basalt lava and standing seam roofs. The buildings are constructed with slab-on-grade foundations, a steel frame with metal and concrete decking and concrete shear wall lateral bracing. A central plant of redundant Turbocor chillers and cooling towers feed building air handlers and distribute overhead via VAV diffusers. Power and lighting systems feature local controls and energy saving measures per LEED.
