TJ Maxx – Kapolei Commons is a 25,000 SF turnkey building consisting of a concrete slab with Tilt-up wall panels, structural steel, posts, framing, joists, and a metal deck with a TPO roof. The interior consisted of offices, fitting rooms, restrooms and employee breakroom, as well as a warehouse receiving area. Main sales area had an open painted ceiling with walls that had a slat wall fixture system. Exterior work included a loading dock, railing, sidewalks, trellis, painted walls, and EIFS features at the front side.
