Interior improvements of a 36,852 sf retail grocery store located at the old Lowe’s building in Kahului, Maui. The store includes a general sales area, grille city, bakery, seafood service, meat service, and produce prep area – which included full kitchens for onsite preparation of food products. Structural steel improvements were provided to the building to support added loads from new mechanical equipment. Work included demolition, concrete, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, stainless steel paneling, polished concrete floors, epoxy flooring, glazing, tile, gypsum board, paint, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, kitchen equipment.
