New retail shell buildings with appurtenant sitework and utilities. The structures consist of burnished masonry walls, steel roof framing, metal decking, TPO roofing, storefronts, EIFS, composite wood siding, aluminum canopies, and mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and electrical infrastructure. Phase I was comprised of three buildings totaling 30,000 SF. Phase II was comprised of seven buildings totaling 83,000 SF.
