Kenolio Apartments consists of 186 affordable units in 12 wood-framed three-story multi-family residences with one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. Scope of work includes site improvements of a previously undeveloped 8.5 acre lot, retaining walls, double barrel box culverts, underground utilities, sidewalks, paving, and concrete curbs. The project also includes a community center with shared laundry facilities and work-out area.
