Construction of two new single story retail shell buildings encompassing 12,000 sf. of floor area with appurtenant landscaping and pavement. Work consists of masonry walls, structural steel and metal deck roofs, membrane roofing, glazed store-fronts, EIFS, composite wood siding, green screens, mechanical and electrical work. The project involves design-assist services, is constructed in an operating facility and requires utility tie-ins.
