Vertical construction of (15) 2-story, 8-plex affordable apartment buildings with (2) detached laundry buildings and a central community center. Vertical construction includes site improvements such as asphalt paving, sidewalks, landscaping, site lighting, fencing and entry gates, tot lots and various site furnishings. Buildings will be constructed with light gauge metal framing, TJI and gypcrete floor systems, pre-fabricated roof trusses, shingle roofing, hardie siding, LVT plank flooring, and quartz countertops.
