This project consists of a new facility for the Mass Transit Agency which includes construction of a Pre-Fabricated Metal Building (American Building Company) 26,500 sf building with 7,000 sf office space for administration staff. Includes 19,500 sf of warehouse/garage space for transit vehicle (maintenance and repair), 55 bus stalls, and 34 passenger vehicle stalls, bus wash station, and 2 above ground fuel tanks.
